Chicken
4 chicken breasts, boneless
and skinless
4 oz. Swiss or Jarlsburg
Lite cheese
1 lg. can sauerkraut,
drained
1 small bottle Ranch
dressing (fat free, low fat, or regular)
Rinse chicken breasts
and place in a 1 1/2 – 2 qt. baking dish. Cut thin strips
of the Swiss cheese and place on top of the chicken. Cover/smother
chicken and cheese with sauerkraut. Pour Ranch dressing over the
top of the chicken, cheese, and sauerkraut. Cover and bake at 350°
for one hour. Makes 4 servings.
