SESCA
(Shoreview-Einhausen Sister City Association) is a non-profit sister
city organization uniting people from Shoreview, MN, U.S.A., and
Einhausen, Hesse, Germany.
Our mission
isto promote friendship and international goodwill
by creating opportunities for all citizens of the greater Shoreview
area to experience the German culture through a variety of social,
educational, economic, municipal and cultural activities, with an
emphasis on exchanges and personal interactions with the people
of Einhausen, Germany.
~ This website is intended to inform the residents and students of Shoreview of our sister city, Einhausen, provide information for members on upcoming meetings and events, and introduce all users to international sister cities and the opportunities they encompass. Annual Meeting Time: March 5, 2012 Board of Directors election will take place at this meeting. We will also discuss upcoming event, budget and goals for the new year. There are several places on the Board open for election. Please consider applying for and joining the SESCA Board. Find more info here.
Monthly Meeting
Date/Time: Meetings are generally held on the second Monday of each month @ 7pm
Location: Shoreview City Hall, lower level
Everyone is welcome at the
SESCA monthly meeting! The Board of Directors and SESCA members plan upcoming events and discuss the nuts and bolts of the organization. We encourage you
to participate and share your thoughts and ideas about our organization.
There will be an open forum at the
beginning of the meeting for public and member comments and suggestions.

SESCA aids
local students and adults, as well as Einhausen residents,
in finding private residences for stays of short duration
We offer
assistance via scholarships at our discretion through the German
teachers at Mounds View and Irondale High Schools only. Information
through these High School German teachers will be available soon.
